Analogue Cameras

Usually color coded. Red and White are audio. Yellow is for video signal.

S Video

Analogue Cameras

Higher quality than composite. Has 4 small pins that carry separate video signal. Carries ONLY video signal (no audio).

Firewire

Digital Cameras

This cable has a large end for computer and a smaller end that connects to your camera. Carries digital signals for both audio & video.
