Ideally you’ll have a storyboard that will help guide you in placing and editing the rough footage. The clips in your “book” can be easily dragged and dropped into your project and then arranged in the order you choose. Once you have the storyboard roughed out, you should change to timeline view. In timeline view you merely take each clip and shape it by cutting the start and end time to create just the part of the clip you need. Each clip has visible audio properties that you can edit. You will be able to see
the wave forms for the audio in the clip. Click on the horizontal line in the audio section to add a node and then drag the node higher for louder volumes or lower
